Arizona Lemon Law
When it comes to purchasing a vehicle, you are entitled to buy an automobile that is free from defect. When the vehicle is not free from defect and you have exhausted all possible remedies to repair the automobile, you may be covered under the Arizona Lemon Law.
To qualify as a lemon in the State ofArizona, your vehicle must:
- have underwent at least four repair attempts for the same defect within two years of the date of delivery or 24,000 miles, which ever occurs first; or
- be out of service due to repairs for a total of 30 or more calendar days within two years or 24,000 miles, which ever occurs first.
